| Volunteers are the life blood of Ring Around the Rosey. It’s great fun meeting other Moms, Grandmas, and Dads while making new friends! Volunteers can work one or more hours and gain the privilege of shopping early at Ring Around the Rosey. Shifts are available the entire week of the sale setting up racks, receiving and checking in clothes, helping during the public sale, dropping off donations and more. |

| Volunteers earn special shopping privilages by helping out with our Sale in many different ways. VOLUNTEER 1 HOUR = 1 HOUR EARLY BIRD PASS VOLUNTEER 2 HOURS = 2 HOUR EARLY BIRD PASS VOLUNTEER 3 OR MORE HOURS = VIP EARLY BIRD PASS **Posting a sign in your yard to earn you a 1 hour early bird pass or **Providing a meal to feed the RATR Team will earn you a 3 hour pass (meal to feed about 6 people) EARLY BIRDS GET TO COME INTO THE SALE BEFORE ANYONE ELSE, INCLUDING OTHER SELLERS THAT DO NOT VOLUNTEER *3 OR MORE HOUR VOLUNTEERS CAN SPLIT THEIR TIME UP IN TWO DIFFERENT DAYS |
| Volunteer Duties Available: *Putting up Flyers = 1 hour pass *Post a sign in your yard = 1 hour pass We will take any amount of time you can spare, from 1hour up to as many hours as you would like. If you volunteer 1 hour = 1 hour early bird pass, 2 or more hours = 2 hour early bird pass. *Helping set up tables and clothes racks *Helping out at the Sale Organizing Checking-In Consignors *Helping out after Sale Organizing Checking out Consignors *Know someone at a local TV or radio Station? I'd love to get some on-air time to promote our sale! This would earn you a 3 hour pass!!! |
| VOLUNTEER'S Early Bird PREVIEW PARTIES: Wednesday, Oct. 1st A special pass is required for all these events. 3+ hours, Wed. 4:00 pm 2 hour pass, Wed., 5:00 pm 1 hour pass Wed. 6:00 pm **Note the new shopping times for volunteers. We did this so volunteers that work until 5 can still take advantage of early bird shopping!!** Any consignor can shop on Wednesday evening from 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. without serving any volunteer hours. Consignors may bring in one Guest to shop early with them. NO CHILDREN ALLOWED FOR ANY OF THESE SHOPPING TIMES, PLEASE. (small children in strollers are okay) |
