*Absolutely NO STAINS, RIPS, TEARS,  or clothing that is OUT OF STYLE
*Sizes from NB to size 16
(newborn onesies w/short sleeves will be accepted)

Maternity Clothing
*any season maternity clothing will be accepted
Home School Supplies
Shoe

*Must be in Excellent condition with no excessive wear
*Shoes must be bound together or in a ziploc bag with Seller Card attached

*Limit 5 pair per Seller
Baby Equipment

*Highchairs, Strollers, Pack N Plays, Playpens, Exersaucers, Walkers,
Baby Gates, etc. 

Furniture

*Baby beds, toddler beds, changing tables, matching dressers,
rocking chairs, gliders

Toys

*All toys must be clean, in excellent condition, have all parts present,
and
have working batteries.
*Please put toys w/small pieces in large ziploc bag
*Toys must be CLEAN and show no excessive wear
*NO STUFFED ANIMALS WILL BE ACCEPTED
*Books and videos that are in excellent condition and age
appropriate for children.

*Price Cards must be attached to all items and card with Seller Information must
be facing out so customers can read

*Outdoor Toys must be clean and have charged batteries if needed
Linens

*Linens sell best when hung up or packaged in original packaging
*Must be clean and in excellent condition with NO STAINS



ITEMS WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING
*Spring/Summer clothing
*Any item that has stains, rips, tears, missing parts, dirty, or that is out of style or that has offensive odors, including smoke odors!!
*DO NOT BRING ANYTHING PRICED UNDER $2.00
*Items that are not cleaned prior to drop off
*Items that are not tagged
*
Any item that shows excessive wear
*Items that are not Child Appropriate
*Any item that has been broken or recalled
*Underwear of any kind unless it's new and in the original packaging
*Used bottles, pacifiers, or sippy cups
*Stuffed Animals of any kind

Some Guidelines For Getting Items Ready
*All clothing items must be clean, wrinkle free, and on hangers. 
*Hangers must be facing to the left (see illistration) and have price card attached with a
medium to large SAFETY PIN (no straight pins).
*Pants or outfits must be attached  to hanger according to illistration. 
*Outfits with small items such as hats or matching socks can be safety pinned to the back of the garmet so they won't become detached and lost.
*You must use a white cardstock.  No others will be accepted.
*When printing your cards, please set your printer to BEST PRINTING so the barcodes will scan properly.

Sept. 28th   AT MIDNIGHT.*****

THE SYSTEM WILL BE DISABLED AT THAT TIME AND NO OTHER ITEMS WILL BE ALLOWED TO BE ADDED. 
THIS IS SO WE CAN PREP THE COMPUTERS FOR THE ACTUAL SALE.


You will enter your items online and print a tag for each item.  The system is very easy to use.  YOU MUST USE CARDSTOCK FOR THIS.  PLEASE SET YOUR PRINTER ON BEST PRINTING SO THE CARDS WILL SCAN PROPERLY. You can easily find cardstock at Walmart, Target, or any office supply store.  This will make check outs faster, will allow you to track your items sold online DURING the sale week, and will virtually eliminate the tedious paperwork after the sale.

If you are unable to print your cards online, call Trina and she will send you an inventory sheet and print the cards for you. A $5.00 fee per 100 cards will be deducted from your commissions to cover the cost of cardstock and printer ink.
All Consignors will be required to sign a Consignor's Agreement form.  You may print it out here and bring it at drop off or you can get a copy when you sign in.   Click here to see Consignor's Agreement Form

PURCHASE A TAGGING GUN
I've found that a great way to secure your tags to clothing is via a tagging gun. These are typically $25-30+ at retail. I've set up a special relationship with a vendor so that you can get a tagging gun, one needle, and 1000 1.5" barbs for only $6.50 (including shipping!!!). All you have to do is email: billy@cheng.net,
mention the Consignment Sale and that you would like to get a tagging gun and needle, and 1000 1.5" barbs for only $6.50. He will then instruct you to pay via PayPal and then mail your tagging gun!
Shipping takes about 5-8 days.  
If you are going to use a tagging gun, you MUST attach the barbs to the tag in the neck so there
will not be a hole in the garment.

This is totally optional - you do not have to use a tagging gun. Safety pins work nicely too

Also, there is another great way to keep shoes together, affix tags to toys and outdoor gear. It's called a loop pin. Just contact billy@cheng.net and he will instruct you how to pay via PayPal and then send you 500 5" loop pins for just $4.00 including shipping!
You do not need a tagging gun to use these.
