Please place items
with multiple pieces inside a box large enough for everything to stay together.
*Women's Jewelry- all items must be in zip loc baggies- including ring boxes.

TOYS, BABY EQUIPMENT AND FURNITURE
*All items must be thoroughly cleaned and have no missing or broken pieces.
* Electronic toys must have working batteries....shoppers want to KNOW the item works!
*Quality toys, Power Wheels, clean double strollers, jogging strollers, and carseat/stroller combos are great sellers!
*Exersaucers, baby swings, high chairs, bouncy seats, and large outside play toys also move quickly off the sales floor
* Baby beds, pack-n-plays and cradles must be completely assembled at drop off. If selling a baby bed, indicate on the card whether the mattress is included in the price. If the mattress is sold separately, it should have it's own tag. Shoppers want to be assured that items are clean, that all screws and bolts are included, and that the bed they are considering for their child is stable and safe
*Note about Videos: We will only accept videos in the original packages.
For example: Ziplock bags of multiple videos without the original boxes are not acceptable. We will only accept high demand videos such as Disney products, Dora the Explorer, etc. in their original packaging. Do not overprice VHS tapes as technology has now phased them out and advanced toward DVD's. We recommend pricing VHS tapes from $2-$3.
*Any tiny, loose pieces should be packaged in a zip lock bag. Attach the bag to the main item . Also tape or staple the bag's zipper to keep small hands out!
Items with multiple parts please consider putting masking tape tags on extra parts with your consignor id and a "goes with . . .' description. This will help us to help you during the sale to re-unite parts that may become separated.
PRICING AND PACKAGING SHOES
Shoes can be put in a zip lock bag with your barcoded tag zipped inside. It is best to put your pricing tag inside the bag so as to not cover the shoes. You do not want to prevent showing the consumer the beauty of the shoe. Then, use masking tape and put a piece on each shoe bottom. Write your consignor ID # and the price of your shoes on the tape.
You can also tie the shoestrings together (connect the shoes to one another) or buckle the actual shoe straps together.
Then, punch a hole in the pricing card and thread the shoe strings themselves through the barcoded tag. You can also use ribbon, cable ties, or twist tie to attach the shoes to one another.

DECIDING HOW TO PRICE YOUR ITEMS
Best guideline: Think about what you would be willing to pay for the item if you were in the buyers shoes and the one considering purchasing it. If you would pay a particular price, someone else probably would, too! Ask yourself: "What would I pay for this?"
Also, look at the original retail price -- whether you paid original or not -- and take 75 % off. This gives you a thinking range. For example, if an item originallly cost $20, take 75% off and think of pricing the item in the general area of $4.50 to $5.

If it is an item that is highly desirable like Abercrombie, Polo, Gymboree, Limited Too, etc., you can go up from the 75% off. If it is an item that is still in good shape, but from Target, Walmart, etc. you might need to stay around the lower price.
Keep in mind you are competing with many items of similar quality, and the best price will sell first. After determining what you think is a fair price, ask yourself, "Would I pay $****** for this item?" or "Would I pay more than this?" If you would pay more, add a dollar or maybe two to the price.
