Register To Sell
How it works:

1. 
Gather your gently used items to sell.

2.  Register to Sell by clicking on the link above.
If you are a Ring Around the Rosey Seller, you must register as a NEW SELLER.  The two Sales are completely seperate so you'll have a
new consignor number and password.


3.  Log onto your account and enter the info for each item you want to sell. See the link above to log onto your account

4.  Print your price cards and attach to each item.

5.  Drop your items off on Nov. 19 or 20.  See below for times

Price your items and drop them off on the specified dates.
Each Consignmor must volunteer at least one (1) hour to receive 70% of their sold items.  Seller's that do not volunteer will  earn 65% of their sold items. An $8.00 participation fee will be deducted from your check.

Pick up your unsold merchandise or donate to our list
of local charities.  Checks will be mailed
out within 2 weeks after the sale.
Things we will be accepting:

Women's Fall/Winter Clothes
:  Nothing with stains, missing buttons, broken zippers, fading, excess wash wear, fuzzies, out of style or older than 3 years! Bring Only Your Best!! NO UNDERCLOTHES INCLUDING BRAS, SOCKS OR UNDERWARE.
All items must be on hangers (see example).   Maternity clothes are ok, too. PLEASE BUTTON ALL BUTTONS, ZIP ALL ZIPPERS, AND SNAP ALL SNAPS.  THE BETTER YOUR CLOTHES LOOK ON DISPLAY, THE FASTER THEY WILL SELL! (Limit of 100 clothing items, please)




















Jewelry: All jewelry MUST be in zip loc baggies with the seller card attached with packing tape to the back side.  NO JEWELRY BOXES, PLEASE UNLESS THEY WILL FIT INSIDE THE BAGGIE.

Accessories:  Belts, scarves, etc..  Must be on hangers or in zip loc baggies.

Shoes: They must look like new!!! No scuffs or dirty shoe laces!                                  (Limit of 10 pairs, please)

Home Decor:
Pictures, shelves, curtains, Christmas items, etc.
Price Cards must be attached to every item, even if it goes with a set.  Only print one card, but attach a blank card with your seller number, item number and price to every piece that goes in the set (you can even use those round stickers for the items that go with the set- just as long as it has your seller number and the item number of the pieces it goes with.  Do
NOT print multiple price cards to put on each piece). If you have a question, please email us.

Bedding & Linens: Comforters, matching pillows, shams, curtains, shower curtains, matching accessories.
All items must be securely attached to hangers or packaged so they will not seperate from their "mates".  Linens sell best on hangers. 

Furniture:  NO LARGE APPLIANCES  (stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators, etc.)  Microwaves, small kitchen appliances, chairs, lamps, end  tables, dining sets, sofas, rugs, etc.    Email Trina if you are unsure on what you can bring.  Just remember that if your item doesn't sell, you'll have to pick it back up.

Toys: Bikes, riding toys, learning toys, DVDs (no VHS tapes), puzzles (must be in baggies), dolls, pretend toys, Barbie dolls, electronic toys and games.
NO STUFFED ANIMALS, BOOKS, VHS TAPES
If you have questions, please ask.  All items are subject to our approval before they will be accepted to sell.




How to Price Items:

Ladies, when pricing your items, please remember that if your items don't sell, you'll need to either donate or pick up your items. If  you are going to take the time to get your items ready, you really want them to sell- so price your things accordingly.  Remember, no one wants to pay $75 or $100 for a bedding set when they can go out and buy a brand new set for a few dollars more or cheaper.  If you have questions about how much to ask for something, please ask.  We'd rather you contact us for help than for your items to be too high and not sell.

Don't forget those Christmas items!  They will be hot sellers!!!

If you want to take pictures of furniture or other items and email them to us to see if they will be accepted or not, please do.  It will be frustrating for us all for you to haul something to the Civic Center and us not accept it.

If it's not your best, don't bring it!!!

Please hang clothes and attach your seller cards like this.  Do not use small   pins- make sure your pins are strong enough to handle the stress of lots of people looking at them.  If you don't secure your items properly, you risk the chance of having things fall off hangers and being lost or seperated from the pieces they go with.  Also, do not fold pants over the hanger.  You need to pin them according to the illustration above.
